Our Achievements

Since its inception in 1989, RMA has been operating several monitoring and research programs in this endeavor including Turtle Watch, Bay Watch Water Quality Monitoring, Seagrass Monitoring, Living Shoreline Initiative, Scallop & Oyster Monitoring and Restoration and in 2014, adding the St. Andrew Bay Grasses in Classes program.

Our partners include Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FLDEP), Florida LAKEWATCH, Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance (CBA), Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), The Nature Conservancy (TNC), Florida State University Extension Office (UF/IFAS), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Gulf Corps, Panama City Marine Institute (PCMI), and the US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the City of Panama City, Bay County Schools, The St. Joe Foundation, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Northwest Florida Water Management District and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF).
